These Carminders (Car-reminders) were made to be a small (but mighty) reminder while you’re traveling. I do most of my thinking in the car, sometimes most of the thoughts aren’t positive. I began making these to help me stop and remember what is true, helpful and healthy for my mind.
Whether you’re buying this for a gift or for yourself, I hope that it helps to combat the lies we sometimes tell ourselves because life is tough enough, we don’t need to beat ourselves up too.
