To customize simply choose the size and color of your sweater and then leave the phrase and thread color you’d like, along with any special instructions in the personalization box located in the listing.
If thread color isn’t specified in either the personalization box or the note to seller section, embroidery will be done in either in black/white or a color of my choosing that compliments the sweater. Please make sure if you have a thread color preference you include it when placing your order. If you have a specific thread color in mind, please provide a link to a swatch of the color for me to match.
All embroidery is done in the style of the embroidery seen on the other sweaters/ sweatshirts, in all lowercase. The wording is handwritten by and may vary slightly making each piece one of a kind!!

Wording or phrasing requests should be 1-4 Line and No more than 10 letters per line.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Eligible for return:
Wrong or damaged item.
Return within 10 days after delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Items outside the 10 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
3. Customer's error personalization information.
50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
