This is our custom Bow Knife in hand-selected wood. Cuts all breads (hot from the oven or crusty loaves) cheese, vegetables and fruits, perfect cuts of smoked or cooked meats, bagels, etc.
Total knife length is 16.5 inches, width at widest point is 2 inches. Blades have a cutting length of 9 inches with an approximate cutting width of 1.5 inches. All knives come with an attached leather hanging cord and a black plastic blade cover.
No stains are used on any of my knives. The only things I use are food safe oil and all-natural wax after sanding. This gives them the perfect feel and seals the wood. I highly recommend my knives for cutting everything you cut in the kitchen (not just bread), but they are not meant for cutting raw meats or bones.
Always use with caution, handwash, and put the blade protector back on from the dull side after washing. Wipe down with any food-safe oil like mineral oil about once a month. Each comes with full care instructions.

It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.

Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.
