An embroidered halter lets you show off your horse. You can choose your favorite colors and display your horse's name. We use block style capital lettering only (no special characters such as $, #, @, &, ect., or emojis are available).
First color is halter selection and second color is for overlay selection, and lettering color are done in the same color as the halter unless buyer asked for a different color for the lettering.
PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TWO DARK COLORS OR TWO LIGHT COLORS IT CAN BE HARD TO READ THE LETTERING. If you would like a different color please leave a note to make a change to the order.
All orders are non-refundable or exchange due to customization.
Halters are available (Some Colors are Limited in Certain Sizes) in Black, Brown, Burgundy, Emerald Green, Diva Pink, Graphite, Hunter Green, Hurricane Blue, French Blue, Lime Green, Navy Blue, Purple, Raspberry, Red, and Royal Blue.
Overlay color options are Black, Brown, Burgundy, Graphite (Dark Gray), Hot Pink, Hunter Green, Lavender, Light Pink, Lime Green, Mint , Navy Blue, Neon Orange, Purple, Raspberry, Red, Rose Pink, Royal Blue, Sand, Silver, Teal, Turquoise, Yellow, and White.
NOTE: Lettering will appear exactly as entered when you place your order.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
