Sizing:
Measure your foot by tracing it on a piece of paper. Make sure to keep the pencil/pen at 90 degrees to the surface of the paper. Measure the longest distance between your heel and toes.
Slipper sizes according to the length of your foot:
40 EU - 25cm / 9.84 inch
41 EU - 26cm / 10.24 inch
42 EU - 27cm / 10.63 inch
43 EU - 28cm / 11.02 inch
44 EU - 29cm / 11.42 inch
45 EU - 30cm / 11.81 inch
46 EU - 31cm / 12.20 inch

How to take care of your slippers:
1. Wash in a washing machine under 40 degrees.
2. Stretch the slippers after washing.
3. Dry them hanging.
4. After drying slippers might be slighter smaller. However after wearing them a couple of times they will strech back to previous size.

50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
