Size
Each wood puzzle piece measures approximately 4.2 x 4 cm. (1.7 inches by 1.6 inches) The oak wood is 4mm thick.
Material used
Oak wood from ethically sourced timber from sustainable, well managed forests.
Process
Each piece is cut and laser engraved. Laser engraving involves marking the wood with a beam of power which etches the product. There may be a slight smell to the product from this process, which is easily removed by airing the product for a few days.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.
