These letters are completely hand-painted (on all sides and the backside) and finished with a high-quality clear acrylic sealant gloss to last through many years.
Hanging Letters:
• 10.5" Letters are 1/4 inches thick and comes with twine attached to the back for easy hanging. This can be requested without twine. These letters are made out of MDF wood material. These teacher/hobby letters come with twine for easy hanging. Twine can be requested to be removed. I recommend command strips if you want to attach them to a surface!
Designs are random, but are all around the theme of thanking teachers, unless you have a separate custom design (separate fee is required), please leave a message in the custom box.
Bow colors will vary but will coordinate with the chosen colors.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.

50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
