Teddy Passport (personalised including photo)

The passports come with a thick card front and back cover, and apart from the photo page, you'll have 11 passport pages that you can fill.
Each order will be sent in an envelope clearly labeled as coming from the Gov't Department for Teddy Bear Travel. It will be accompanied by a fun letter from Mr. Bear at the Department!
You can pick the colour of the outside cover - either the traditional maroon colour, or the newer dark blue.
The passport pages all have a feint teddy bear print in the background.
Each passport measures 16cm high x 12 cm wide.
If you are ordering multiple passports, then please order 1 passport at a time. This is so that you can enter the relevant information regarding each cuddly toy.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Eligible for return:
Wrong or damaged item.
Return within 10 days after delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Items outside the 10 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
3. Customer's error personalization information.
50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
